Guidarium is an independent guide tool for Final Fantasy XIII, published by Baptiste Victor. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Square Enix Co., Ltd.

Getting in touch

Write to contact@guidarium.fr. One person reads that address, and answers in English or French.

To get a useful answer on the first reply, say:

• which platform you are on — Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, Linux or the web;
• what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• the app version, if you can find it.

Before you write

The purchase is not unlocked. Purchases are tied to the store account that made them, not to a Guidarium account — there is none. On the App Store, the Mac App Store and Google Play, reinstalling and restoring purchases with the same account restores it. On Windows, Linux and the web, the app holds a licence key: keep the one sent after payment, it can be entered again on another machine.

Progression has disappeared. Progression is stored on the device and nowhere else: there is no server copy, so we cannot restore it. On Android, a platform backup may hold one if it was enabled before the app was removed.

An image does not load. The guide's images are fetched from our server as you browse, so a connection is needed the first time each one is shown.

Privacy
